A brief history...
1975 - What's music?
1985 - There is a lot of Dire Straits played around here...
1986 - I love the Crue, Maiden, and the Scorps.
1987 - First purchased cassette tape: Ozzy Osbourne "Bark At The Moon" (I'm sooo cool).
1992 - Hair metal is dead. Seems everyone is listening to Nirvana and the Pixies.
1994 - Punk + Ska? The union of Justin Hinds and The Misfits.
1998 - Everyone I know listens to country. Garth Brooks is afraid of horses, but Marty Robbins and Hank Sr are the real McCoy.
2003 - Bollywood pop songs and the sitar are taking over my brain...
2004 - What the hell is the difference between this bluegrass and old-time??
2005 - While I still don't like the Dead, Shady Grove has some great old songs...
Present - Malawi, Africa. Peace Corps. See ya soon.
